Katrina Murphy

Gel Group really showed their point of difference in the market, which for me was the ethical and professional approach to candidates and clients, flexibility to cater to individual needs and supportive, collaborative team culture. A wine or two on a Friday was just an added bonus!
• What are you inspired by? I’m inspired by candidates all the time, in this role you have a unique opportunity to learn about what makes people tick, and I’m inspired by intelligent conversations with highly capable and driven people

Barbara Joyce

• Why did you join Gel Group? Recruitment is an area of work I have always been interested in and having joined the team I came to realise we were all in it together to help others, as well as service our clients with the candidates they require.  I quickly realised the repeat business from those clients was because of the commitment we have in delivering the service they require
